Great video Paul. I flew on this very aircraft from Cork to Heathrow on July 14th 1990, BA839. We flew at 29,000 feet, the flight taking 1 hour. G-AVMU was donated I believe as its registration letters MU matched with Mike Underwood one of the BA Managers! Not sure how true this was. 🤔
BAC One-Eleven (BAC-111, BAC 1-11) detailed tour filmed at Duxford Air Museum and the Brooklands Museum. The engines were extremely noisy and underpowered. I was told by a 1-11 captain at the time that an engine out at take off was very marginal.
